What it cost

Vat is payable in addition to the fee

The fees are payable before the mediation, which I will return if there is no settlement, within 28 days of the mediation (less my costs, if any).

The cost does not include venue costs if any

If there are more than two parties amounts payable are the same for each party as multi party disputes take more time

The value of claims and counter claims should be added together to calculate Settlement Value   If it becomes apparent during the Mediation that the Value should be higher the mediator reserves the right to increase his fee.
